What exactly gets backed up?Mozzie backs up your important data files, this is the information that represents your hard work and effort. Mozzie automatically selects all files in "My Documents" plus your email files. You can select additional files and folders at anytime. We recommend you take time to review what information is important and ensure it is included in your backup settings. If you are unsure, please contact us by phone or email, we are only to pleased to help you determine the best backup strategy to ensure nothing gets missed. If you have lots of data (say more than 2 GBs) we recommend a "Seed Load". We use a portable disk drive to transfer your data to our servers. We’ll send you a portable disk and assist you to perform the first backup. This saves sending large amounts of data over the Internet. The seed load is encrypted using the same backup software that is used to transmit data over the Internet. Even though your data is on a portable disk it is still encryted and can not be read by anyone. We load your data onto our backup server and from this point on, the software only uploads new or changed files.
