If you have lots of data (say more than 3 or 4GB) to backup server, it may take a considerable amount of time to perform the first full backup through the Internet. To get round this problem, we use the Seed Load utility to backup your data to a local USB disk (instead of directly to the backup server). We will send the USB disk to you in a return addressed courier-post. If required we can perform the seed load remotely for you. Once the disk is returned we load all your backup files into your backup account. After this subsequent backups will be incremental (only new or updated files will be uploaded to the server). - To perform a seed load, please do the following:
- Open Mozzie from the System Tray or desktop icon
- Setup your backup set
- Select the backup set you want to run and select [Local Hard Disk (Seed Load Utility)] to start backing up your files to local hard disk. In the field under "options", Click computer and find the USB disk, click the disk and click Ok.

- Make sure you have selected the USB disk. If you are seed loading a number of backup-sets or several computers, create a seperate folder for each and ensure you click on the folder and that it is showing as the distination to write too.
- Press the [OK] button to start the backup job.
- You should get the message “Backup Completed Successfully” as shown below after all backup files are spooled to the directory you specified.
