A Mozzie backup technician is available 7 days per week, 7am to midnight to assist you backup or restore your files. We will arrange a time with you to either assist over the phone, or we can logon to your computer over the internet. First Backup by Seed Load - $45.00
If you have lots of data or a slow internet connection we recommend a Seed Load. We will send you a portable USB disk drive that is used to transfer your data to our servers. This saves sending large amounts of data over the internet. The seed load is encrypted using the same backup software that is used to transmitted your data over the internet. The price for seed loading includes NZ Posts tracked parcel service between you and Mozzie. First Backup by On-site Technician - $95.00
Having a Mozzie Technician come to your site and install our software is an easy option for more complex backup requirements to ensure a complete implementation. We recommend this for the Professional Backup plan if you do not already have a technical support person looking after and running your servers. If you already have a technical contact then we can assist them remotely to install (see Remote Setup by Technician). We can arrange on-site support NZ wide, please call or select this option when ordering and we will contact you to schedule a suitable time to visit. On-site installation is available for business plans purchased in NZ only.
