Mozzie provides you the opportunity to resell our online backup services as a Reseller Partner.
Reseller Partners have the ability to bundle online backup into their existing IT support services. Resellers are able to charge more by supporting their customers with value-add services such as local setup and installation, backup monitoring and front-line technical assistance. Mozzie provides re-branded client software using your logos to maintain your company branding to your customers. We provide you a single monthly invoice to allow you to re-charge your customers at your own pricing.
We operate a flexible model where you can:
- Resell our backup services under your own company name. In this scenario you set your own pricing on top of our backup plans. For instance you may choose to sell our Desktop Plan for $9.95, our price to you is $6.95, or you sell the Server Plan for $59.95 while you pay us $39.95). If required we can design custom plans and of course we can brand our software with your company name and logo. Finders/introduction fee. In this scenario we pay you two months of the value of services you sell while Mozzie maintains a direct relationship with the end customer. For instance if you sell a single Server plan you get $80, 2 x Server plans is $160.00 etc - Plus you get to charge your customers your normal rate for work undertaken for installing and configuring (the only condition is the customer needs to stay with us for 3 months before we pay the finders fee).
